Speakers:
Prof. BAO Dichu | Prof. Dichu Bao is currently an associate professor at the Department of Accountancy, Lingnan University. She received her Ph.D. in Accounting from University of Texas at Dallas. Her research interests lie in the areas of corporate disclosure, ESG, and short selling. Her research findings have been published in The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Accounting Horizons, and Journal of Accounting and Public Policy. |

Ms Jessica Chan | Ms. Jessica Chan is the Head of Sustainability of MTR Corporation responsible for formulating sustainability strategies and driving sustainability initiatives for the company. She is a seasoned sustainability professional with over 25 years of experience in environmental and corporate sustainability with diverse expertise in sustainability strategies and policies, sustainability communications and disclosures, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and emerging sustainability issues. She is a member of various international and local sustainability-related committees including The International Association of Public Transport (UITP)’s Sustainable Development Committee, The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC)’s Environment & Sustainability Committee, and Business Environment Council (BEC)’s Climate Change Business Forum Advisory Group and Circular Economy Advisory Group. She is also a member of the Board of Examiners of The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA)’s Hong Kong Sustainability Award. |

Mr. K.M. Wong | Mr. Wong is currently the Chief Financial Officer of HK Electric Investments and has over 35 years international financial management & accounting experience. Before joining HK Electric Investments, he has worked in Europe, North America, South East Asia & mainland China when served in various companies such as P&G, Mars, Kellogg’s, & Pepsi-Cola. |

Prof. Harry Wu | Prof. Feng (Harry) Wu is an Associate Professor at the Department of Accountancy, Faculty of Business, Lingnan University. He is active in conducting academic researches relating to ESG and also teaches various ESG courses in several Master-level programmes at Lingnan University. His research articles have been published in top-tier business journals like Management Science, MIS Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, and Review of Accounting Studies. His teaching of ESG courses emphasizes critical thinking and has received very positive feedbacks from students. Prof. Wu is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Academic Advisory Panel for the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI). |
